We advertise on our website and in local newspapers, always advertise on Marketplace, and we have up to 250 pictures on EstateSales.NET, which is a national website. We will obtain all permits, and provide a delivery service if needed. We do sell some high items on eBay at times. We will collect sales tax. We do all the work and you can just sit back and collect your check. Our main goal is to empty your house. We work with local charities and can have any leftover items you wish to donate removed.
